ABSTRACT

Research goal. Comparative characteristics of the dynamics of CT semiotics and biochemical parameters of two groups of patients: with positive RT-PCR and with triple negative RT-PCR. Reflection of the results by comparing them with the data already available in the literature. The aim of the study is to compare the dynamics of CT semiotics and biochemical parameters of blood tests in two groups of patients: with positive RT-PCR and with triple negative RT-PCR. We also reflect the results by comparing them with the data already available in the literature. Materials and methods. We have performed a retrospective analysis of CT images of 66 patients: group I (n1 = 33) consists of patients who had three- time negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal swab for SARS-CoV-2 RNA) during hospitalization, and group II (n2 = 33) includes patients with triple positive RT-PCR. An important selection criterion is the presence of three CT examinations (primary, 1st CT and two dynamic examinations - 2nd CT and 3rd CT) and at least two results of biochemistry (C-reactive protein (CRP), fibrinogen, prothrombin time, procalcitonin) performed in a single time interval of +/- 5 days from 1st CT, upon admission, and +/- 5 days from 3st CT. A total of 198 CT examinations of the lungs were analyzed (3 examinations per patient). Results. The average age of patients in the first group was 58 +/- 14.4 years, in the second - 64.9 +/- 15.7 years. The number of days from the moment of illness to the primary CT scan 6.21 +/- 3.74 in group I, 7.0 (5.0-8.0) in group II, until the 2nd CT scan - 12.5 +/- 4, 87 and 12.0 (10.0-15.0), before the 3rd CT scan - 22.0 (19.0-26.0) and 22.0 (16.0-26.0), respectively. In both groups, all 66 patients (100%), the primary study identified the double-sided ground-glass opacity symptom and 36 of 66 (55%) patients showed consolidation of the lung tissue. Later on, a first follow-up CT defined GGO not in all the cases: it was presented in 22 of 33 (67%) patients with negative RT-PCR (group I) and in 28 of 33 (85%) patients with the positive one (group II). The percentage of studies showing consolidation increased significantly: up to 30 of 33 (91%) patients in group I, and up to 32 of 33 (97%) patients in group II. For the first time, radiological symptoms of "involutional changes" appeared: in 17 (52%) patients of the first group and in 5 (15%) patients of the second one. On second follow-up CT, GGO and consolidations were detected less often than on previous CT: in 1 and 27 patients of group I (3% and 82%, respectively) and in 6 and 30 patients of group II (18% and 91%, respectively), although the consolidation symptom still prevailed significantly . The peak of "involutional changes" occurred on last CT: 31 (94%) and 25 (76%) patients of groups I and II, respectively.So, in the groups studied, the dynamics of changes in lung CT were almost equal. After analyzing the biochemistry parameters, we found out that CRP significantly decreased in 93% of patients (p < 0.001) in group I;in group II, there was a statistically significant decrease in the values of C-reactive protein in 81% of patients (p = 0.005). With an increase in CT severity of coronavirus infection by one degree, an increase in CRP by 41.8 mg/ml should be expected. In group I, a statistically significant (p = 0.001) decrease in fibrinogen was recorded in 77% of patients;and a similar dynamic of this indicator was observed in group II: fibrinogen values decreased in 66% of patients (p = 0.002). Such parameters as procalcitonin and prothrombin time did not significantly change during inpatient treatment of the patients of the studied groups (p = 0.879 and p = 0.135), which may indicate that it is inappropriate to use these parameters in assessing dynamics of patients with a similar course of the disease. When comparing the outcomes of the studied groups, there was a statistically significant higher mortality in group II - 30.3%, in group I - 21.2% (p = 0.043). Conclusion. According to our data, a course of the disease does not significantly differ in the groups o patients with positive RT-PCR and three-time negative RT-PCR. A negative RT-PCR analysis may be associated with an individual peculiarity of a patient such as a low viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in the upper respiratory tract. Therefore, with repeated negative results on the RNA of the virus in the oro- and nasopharynx, one should take into account the clinic, the X-ray picture and biochemical indicators in dynamics and not be afraid to make a diagnosis of COVID-19.Copyright © 2021 ALIES. ABSTRACT

Introduction: Spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare complication of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), primarily reported in adults. Pediatric cases with bilateral pneumothorax are much less reported. Case Presentation: We presented the case of a five-year-old previously healthy boy who developed persistent fever, abdominal pain, generalized maculopapular rash, and dyspnea before admission. His chest computed tomography (CT) showed a viral involvement pattern of pneumonia suggestive of COVID-19. Subsequently, he was confirmed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C). While he responded well to the therapies, on the fifth day of admission, he developed respiratory distress again. A chest roentgenogram showed bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax. Bilateral chest tubes were inserted, and his condition improved sig-nificantly after five days of admission to the intensive care unit. Two weeks later, he was discharged in good condition. Conclusion(s): Children with MIS-C associated with COVID-19 may develop primary spontaneous pneumothorax. Owing to the clinical picture overlapping with MIS-C associated with COVID-19, the timely diagnosis of pneumothorax may be challenging in such patients.Copyright © 2022, Author(s).

ABSTRACT

Objective: Intensive care units (ICUs) collapsed under the global wave of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Thus, we designed a clinical decision-making model that can help predict at hospital admission what patients with COVID-19 are at higher risk of requiring critical care. Method(s): This was a cross-sectional study in 119 patients that met hospitalization criteria for COVID-19 including less than 30 breaths per minute, peripheral oxygen saturation < 93%, and/or >= 50% lung involvement on imaging. Depending on the need for critical care, patients were retrospectively assigned to ICU and non-ICU groups. Demographic, clinical, and laboratory parameters were collected at admission and analyzed by classification and regression tree (CRT). Result(s): Forty-five patients were admitted to ICU and 80% of them were men older than 57.13 +/- 12.80 years on average. The leading comorbidity in ICU patients was hypertension. The CRT revealed that direct bilirubin (DB) > 0.315 mg/dl together with the neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio (NMR) > 15.90 predicted up to correctly in 92% of the patients the requirement of intensive care management, with sensitivity of 93.2%. Preexisting comorbidities did not influence on the tree growing. Conclusion(s): At hospital admission, DB and NMR can help identify nine in 10 patients with COVID-19 at higher risk of ICU admission.Copyright © 2022 Sociedad Medica del Hospital General de Mexico.

ABSTRACT

The new coronavirus was first reported in China and caused a widespread global outbreak of pneumonia that spread rapidly across this country and many other countries. Acute kidney injury is one of the important complications of COVID-19, which has been shown in some cases. Exploring the diagnostic features of biomarkers of kidney function in COVID-19 patients may lead to better patient management. We collected laboratory data from 206 people with confirmed COVID-19 disease and evaluated their renal biomarkers, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), and creatinine. The age range of the patients was almost 62 years old. The mean age in the dead patients and recovered patients was 71 and 54 years old, respectively. The average LDH value was 755 U/L, and creatine phosphokinase (CPK) was 267 U/L in the patients. The average BUN was 59.1 U/L, and creatinine was 1.5 U/L in COVID-2019 patients. Among all 193 patients, laboratory results revealed that 163 (85.4%) patients had an elevated BUN level. Based on creatinine levels for total patients, laboratory results revealed that 49 (25.4%) patients had an elevated value. The average BUN value in dead patients was 85 mg/dL, while in recovered patients was 40.5 mg/dL (P<0.0001). Also, the average creatinine level in dead patients was 1.86 mg/dL, while in recovered patients was 1.24 mg/dL (P=0.0004). Inflammation following COVID-19 disease causes kidney damage and elevated urea and creatinine levels, which may increase the risk of death in these patients.Copyright © 2023 Tehran University of Medical Sciences.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused thousands of deaths since it was declared as a pandemic. Recently it continues to be one of the most followed topics in the world in terms of its course and treatment. Favipiravir is a broad-spectrum anti-viral agent that has been shown to be effective against various Coronaviruses in vitro. However, as with any drug use, side effects may develop with the use of favipravir treatment. Case Report: We reported a 55-year-old female patient with acute urticarial with angioedema whom had COVID-19 pneumonia. She had no history of allergy, atopy, previous similar episodes or family history of hereditary angioedema. There is no drug or food consumption that may be suspicious in terms of allergy described by the patient other than favipravir. Conclusion(s): As far as we know, it is the first case reported from our country. Since there is no specific examination for differential diagnosis, we cannot distinguish as a rare side effect due to favipiravir treatment or COVID-19 cutaneous manifestation. ABSTRACT

COVID-19 patients have presented with a wide range of neurological disorders, among which stroke is the most devastating. We have reviewed current studies, case series, and case reports with a focus on COVID-19 patients complicated with stroke, and presented the current understanding of stroke in this patient population. As evidenced by increased D-dimer, fibrinogen, factor VIII and von Willebrand factor, SARS-CoV-2 infection induces coagulopathy, disrupts endothelial function, and promotes hypercoagulative state. Collectively, it predisposes patients to cerebrovascular events. Additionally, due to the unprecedented strain on the healthcare system, stroke care has been inevitably compromised. The underlying mechanism between COVID-19 and stroke warrants further study, so does the development of an effective therapeutic or preventive intervention.

ABSTRACT

COVID-19 is routinely associated with coagulopathy and complications associated with thrombosis. However, the difference between the coagulopathy, which is associated with COVID-19 and the coagulopathy, which is due to different causes, is that the "COVID-19 associated coagulopathy" shows raised levels of D-Dimer and that of fibrinogen. However, it shows quite some abnormalities in the levels of prothrombin time and also in the platelet count. "Venous thromboembolism" and arterial thrombosis is frequently seen in COVID-19 associated coagulopathy as opposed to "disseminated intravascular coagulopathy". Patients suffering from COVID-19 have many have multiple factors in common for thromboembolism which is associated with "Adult respiratory distress syndrome" from different etiologies like generalized inflammation and being unambulatory. "Cytokine storm" is the hallmark of COVID-19 associated coagulopathy which is distinguished by high levels of IL-6,1, tumour necrosis factor and other cytokines. The clinical features of COVID-19 associated coagulopathy overlap that of some syndromes like antiphos-pholipid syndrome and thrombotic microangiopathy. Studies have shown that patients diagnosed with disseminated intravascular coagulation have a poor prognosis compared to the one's that don't get diagnosed with DIC. The advancement of the condition from coagulopathy in the vasculature of the lungs to DIC in patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 shows that the patient's dysfunction associated with coagulation has evolved from local to generalized state. Investigating the coagulopathies will help in understanding the mechanism of COVID-19 associated coagulopathy.Copyright © International Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

ABSTRACT

Hepatitis A is a common viral infection worldwide that is transmitted via the fecal-oral route. Since the introduction of an efficient vaccine, the incidence of infection has decreased but the number of cases has risen due to widespread community outbreaks among unimmunized individuals. Classic symptoms include fever, malaise, dark urine, and jaundice, and are more common in older children and adults. People are often most infectious 14 days prior to and 7 days following the onset of jaundice. We will discuss the case of a young male patient, diagnosed with acute hepatitis A, leading to fulminant hepatitis refractory to conventional therapy and the development of subsequent kidney injury. The medical treatment through the course of hospitalization was challenging and included the use of L-ornithine-L-aspartate and prolonged intermittent hemodialysis, leading to a remarkable outcome. Hepatitis A is usually self-limited and vaccine-preventable;supportive care is often sufficient for treatment, and chronic infection or chronic liver disease rarely develops. However, fulminant hepatitis, although rare, can be very challenging to manage as in the case of our patient.Copyright © 2023 The Author(s).

Introduction: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) mainly causes pulmonary disease. However, extrapulmonary manifesta-tions, which affect the gastrointestinal tract and hepatobiliary system, have been reported. Case Presentation: Here we reported a 4-year-old boy with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and abdominal pain who had acute necrotic pancreatitis secondary to COVID-19. Conclusion(s): According to the COVID-19 epidemic, if drug-induced pancreatitis is ruled out, viral causes, especially COVID-19, should be considered.Copyright © 2023, Author(s).

ABSTRACT

A 60-year-old woman with Hepatitis C infection, cirrhosis, recurrent hepatic hydrothorax, and hepatocellular carcinoma was hospitalized with Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). After her initial discharge, she was re-admitted three weeks later with decompensated liver disease. Imaging revealed extensive thrombosis in the portal vein, superior mesenteric vein, splenic vein and bilateral brachial veins. Given the acute onset and extent of the thrombosis, the patient received therapeutic anticoagulation despite elevated prothrombin time/ international normalized ratio, thrombocytopenia and low fibrinogen. Cirrhotic patients with COVID-19 maybe at high risk of thrombosis, which can present with significant hepatic decompensation.Copyright © 2022 The Author(s)

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: While the type and the number of treatments for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have substantially evolved since the start of the pandemic a significant number of hospitalized patients continue to succumb. This requires ongoing research in the development and improvement of early risk stratification tools. METHOD(S): We developed a prognostic score using epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, and treatment variables collected on admission in 130 adult COVID-19 patients followed until in-hospital death (N.=38) or discharge (N.=92). Potential variables were selected via multivariable logistic regression modelling conducted using a logistic regression univariate analysis to create a combined index. RESULT(S): Age, Charlson Comorbidity Index, P/F ratio, prothrombin time, C-reactive protein and troponin were the selected variables. AUROC indicated that the model had an excellent AUC value (0.971, 95% CI 0.926 to 0.993) with 100% sensitivity and 83% specificity for in-hospital mortality. The Hosmer-Lemeshow calibration test yielded non-significant P values (chi2=1.79, P=0.99) indicates good calibration. CONCLUSION(S): This newly developed combined index could be useful to predict mortality of hospitalized COVID-19 patients on admission.Copyright © 2022 EDIZIONI MINERVA MEDICA.

ABSTRACT

Covid-19 patients have coagulation complications resulting in poor prognosis. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the prevalence of coagulation disorders in patients with Covid-19 admitted to Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd. This study was a cross-sectional study that all patients admitted with a diagnosis of Covid-19 from the beginning of February 2020 to the end of April 2020 were examined for the frequency of coagulation dysfunctions. A total of 441 patients with Covid-19 were included in the study with a mean age of 55.4 years that 47.8 %, 25.6 % and 6.8 % had impaired Prothrombin Time (PT), Partial Thromboplastin Time (PTT) and International Normalized Ratio (INR), respectively.Copyright © 2022, Health Biotechnology and Biopharma. ABSTRACT

Myocarditis can lead to myocardial infarction in the absence of coronary artery obstruction. We report a case of probable myocarditis, complicated by myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries. A 19-year-old man presented with chest pain typical of myocarditis. He was a smoker but was otherwise well. Electrocardiogram revealed diffuse ST-elevation and echocardiography revealed a thin, akinetic apex. Troponin-T levels on admission were raised leading to an initial diagnosis of myocarditis being made. However, late gadolinium enhancement study on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated transmural enhancement typical of ischaemia. Coronary angiogram was normal, leading to a likely diagnosis of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries. It is important to highlight that coronary assessment remains important when working up for myocarditis, as myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries can often complicate myocarditis in cases of normal angiography. Another important lesson was on how cardiac magnetic resonance imaging provided vital evidence to support underlying ischaemia despite normal coronary angiogram, leading to a diagnosis of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries. Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries remains a broad 'umbrella' term and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, as well as more invasive coronary imaging techniques during angiography, can further assist in its diagnosis. Our case provides a reminder that myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries, although increasingly recognised, remains under-diagnosed and can often overlap with peri-myocarditis, highlighting the need to employ multi-modality imaging in guiding management.Copyright © The Author(s) 2021.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Zygomycetes consisting of Mucorales order is a group of fungal infections. These species cause life threatening opportunistic fungal infections mucormycosis. This infection is highly prevalent in immunocompromised. During the 2 nd wave of Covid 19 pandemic corticosteroid treatment was used which has been linked to development of Mucormycosis. In our tertiary care teaching hospital we saw that patients suffering from Covid-19 infections developed mucormycosis. We present these cases in our study. To study the clinical, demographical,and Laboratory parameters in Covid-19 patients with Mucormycosis. Material(s) and Method(s): Retrospective Study. All biopsy proven cases of Mucormycosis (which developed after Covid-19 infection) were included. Relevant Clinical Demographics and Laboratory data was retrieved from the available case sheets. The data was tabulated in Excel sheet and further reviewed. Result(s): A total of 22 patients were diagnosed as suffering from mucormycosis majority were unvaccinated. 11 patients out of 22 (50%) started manifesting mucormycosis within one week of COVID infection. All the patients who had only single comorbidity (22.72%) suffered from mild disease and patient who had more than one comorbidity suffered from moderate (27.27%) to severe (50%) COVID infection. Conclusion(s): It is suggested that patients with Covid-19 infection are at risk for development of opportunistic fungal infections like Mucormycosis. Hence the physicians who are involved in treating such patients must be mindful of the fact that mucormycosis can develop in them. This article provides information about a scientific study conducted to explore the possibility of using photohemotherapy (UV blood irradiation) to correct hemostasis in the complex treatment of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. The study included 21 patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2. The patients consisted of two groups: the main group (11 people), in which ultraviolet exposure to the blood was carried out in combination with the basic therapy, and the control group (10 people), where the treatment was used in accordance with the generally accepted basic therapy. The dynamics of stabilization of the parameters of the hemostasis system, the normalization of the acid-base durability of the blood, and the maximum saturation of erythrocyte hemoglobin were evaluated in comparison with the treatment results of patients in the control group. It was established that in patients with COVID-19 who underwent basic therapy in combination with intravenous UV irradiation of blood, in addition to improvement in the condition of the above systems, the following were noted: healing in CT scans of both lungs and negative PCR results in the study of swabs from the oropharynx and nasopharynx started 5-6 days earlier than in patients of the control group. ABSTRACT

Objectives: to determine the clinical and genetic determinants of the severe course of COVID-19 in pregnant women in order to identify a risk group and search for therapeutic targets. Materials and methods. 21 patients (group 1) with a severe course of COVID-19 who required intensive care in the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit (AICU) and 126 pregnant women with moderate severity treated in the Infectious-Obstetrics Unit (IOCU) were examined (group 2). Genomic DNA for molecular genetic analysis of gene variants ACE (I/D, rs 4340), PGR (Alu insertion), ESR1 (A351G, rs 9340799), PON1 (C108T, rs 705379) was isolated from the peripheral blood of patients using a commercial Quick-DNA Miniprep Plus Kit (Zymo Research, USA). Variants of ACE and PGR genes were determined using allele-specific polymerase chain reaction;polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction analysis was used to determine ESR1 and PON1 gene variants. Results. Severe course of COVID-19 is observed in 18.2% of pregnant women, critical condition in 7.5%. A third of AICU patients are over 35 years old. Somatic anamnesis was complicated in 23.8% of patients;thyroid gland pathology (14.3%) and varicose disease (19.0%) prevailed. A significant factor in the severe course of COVID-19 is obesity of the III-IV degree in 28.5% cases. The severe course of the disease was associated with complications of pregnancy (oligohydramnios - 52.4%, ahydramnios - 14.3%, fetal growth retardation syndrome - 33.3%, circulatory disorders - 57.1%, fetal distress - 47.6%, preeclampsia - 14.3%), labor (caesarean section - 57.1%, premature birth - 28.6%), disorders of newborns state (asphyxia - 35.6%). These patients are characterized by anemia (58.7%), thrombocytopenia (23.8%), leukocytosis (33.3%), lymphopenia (90.5%), a shift of the leukocyte formula to the left (an increase of rod-nuclear leukocytes by 85.7%). There were significantly increased levels of transaminases: alanine aminotransferase in 47.6%, aspartate aminotransferase in 76.2%. Prothrombotic changes are indicated by a decrease in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in 66.7%, which is confirmed by an increase in D-dimer in 85.7% of patients up to the maximum 15,000 ng/ml in 9.5% of women. An increase in inflammation markers (C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in all AICU patients, procalcitonin in 66.7%) is a reflection of the destructive effect of inflammatory processes. The genetic determinants of the severe course of COVID-19 in pregnant women can be the ID genotype of the ACE I/D rs4340 polymorphism (81.0%), the T2/T2 PROGINS genotype (19.0%), the ESR1 A351G rs9340799 GG genotype (28.5%). Conclusions. The use of separate clinical, laboratory and genetic indicators in pregnant women with COVID-19 will contribute to the selection of the risk group of a coronavirus severe course and the determination of targets of therapeutic impact.Copyright © 2022 Trylyst. ABSTRACT

The 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) is the causal agent of the newly-termed Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In January 2020, the World Health Association (WHO) declared the COVID-19 as an epidemic. Abnormal coagulation parameters in COVID-19 patients currently are considered as prognostic factors of severity. Our aim is to summarize the current data available in the literature. Materials and Methods. An electronic search was performed in the Database of publications on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) of the World Health Organization. Thrombin Time (TT), Prothrombin Time (PT), Fibrinogen (FIB), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APPT), and D-Dimer have been detected as parameters to study in every COVID-19 patient. Clinical Application. The coagulation function panel has been described to be altered in critical COVID-2019 patients. DIC, which plays an important role in advanced stage, is known to be associated with sepsis. Anticoagulant therapy, mainly with low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), appears to be associated with better prognosis in patients with severe COVID-19. Discussion. Coagulation function in patients with SARS-CoV2 infection is significantly deranged compared with normal patients. FIB and D-Dimer/FDP are the most significantly altered values and the early deetection of alteration could be useful to address therapies. D-Dimer/FDP (DD/FDP) alteration correlates with severity. Markedly elevated D-Dimer can be used to guide the introduction of anticoagulation therapy and evaluate prognosis of COVID-19. In every patient admitted with SARS-CoV2 infection PT, FIB, D-Dimer/FDP, and platelets must be ordered. ABSTRACT

Background/Aim. Plasma containing a high titer of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, donated from individuals who re-covered from COVID-19, has the potential to be used as initial therapy for patients who have been infected (passive immunization). It is a challenge to find suitable donors. The aim of the study was to successively monitor antibody titer in donations and to investigate the correlation between an-tibody titer and the severity of the clinical manifestations. Methods. The retrospective study was conducted from May 1 to October 31, 2020, at the Blood Transfusion Insti-tute of Vojvodina. Donors had to meet certain criteria for inclusion in the study: proven SARS-CoV-2 infection, de-tected SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in the serum/plasma, ful-fillment of general criteria for performing plasmapheresis, and adequate laboratory findings. Results. During the study, 651 apheresis plasma units were collected and divided into two equal doses. Plasma was donated by 311 COVID-19 convalescents, including 208 (66.9%) men and 103 (33.1%) women. There were 15 (4.8%) plasma donors with asymptomatic infection, 235 (75. 6%) with a mild form of illness, 45 (14.5%) with a moderate form of illness, 16 (5.1%) with a severe form of illness, and none with a critical form of illness. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies were pre-sent in the plasma of donors for more than 6 months after the disease. Plasma donors with a more severe clinical mani-festation of COVID-19 had stable antibody levels for a longer period. However, the Pearson correlation of clinical severity and antibody titer did not confirm a statistically sig-nificant correlation between the variables. Conclusion. An-ti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies were present in the sample of re-covered patients, plasma donors, for more than 6 months after the disease. Even though no statistically significant correlation was found between the anti-SARS-CoV-2 anti-body titer and the clinical severity of COVID-19, in patients with a more severe clinical manifestations of the disease, stable antibody levels were maintained for a longer period.Copyright © 2022 Inst.
